And Just after the Jack Rabbit went away, I found this red ant colony. They were pretty fun to watch. Millions of them were on the ground and they all knew where home base was

This lava formation, called a dike, is located between Pyramid Lake and Winnemucca Lake in Nevada.

Pelicans

The pelicans are all over the south side of Pyramid Lake. The pyramid is off in the distance and the pelicans are hanging near to the shore in the foreground.
